Finn is a Global HR Executive with profound experience designing and leading the Corporate People Strategy and Operation throughout more than 80 countries on six continents. With more than 25 years of experience he has worked with the full range of HR activities and knows how to foster engagement and enhance performance among people to increase their contributes to the success of the company.

He has worked in several international high growth organizations and brings Little Green Pharma a wealth of knowledge in establishing HR support that makes a difference for employees and managers as well as for the business.

During his career he has participated in several business acquisitions with following post-integration projects and been leading numerous transitional and transactional change processes within the business operational and structural area.

Finn holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark with focus on Strategy, Organisation and Leadership.
